When Strategy Simple data or identity-resolution capabilities are used in a specific modus6 engagement, additional categories such as business contact information, intent signals, and website visitor matching events may be processed under the applicable service terms and notices.

We use information to respond to inquiries; schedule and deliver consultations, workshops, assessments and consulting engagements; provide tools and resources; administer accounts and contracts; process payments; communicate service updates and relevant business information; improve the Site and Services; measure performance and attribution; maintain security; comply with law; and establish, exercise or defend legal rights.

Where appropriate and lawful, we may use business contact information for business-to-business educational or marketing communications. Recipients may opt out of promotional email using the unsubscribe mechanism or by contacting us.
